Boundary Brook Work Party October 2001
Below are a few photos from our 27th October 2001 work party.
Boundary Brook, a Nature Reserve deep in the heart of Oxford.
Problem number one- a garden roller dumped into the pond by vandals.
Solution- the Sage tug-of-war team hauled it out!
The
Sage team also worked on deepening a temporary pond so that it would
not dry out quite so quickly in the spring, thus allowing the local
frogs more time to mature.
The
surprize visitor of the day was Tim Ross, who drove all the way from
Liverpool to catch up on the Sage news- he used to be a regular at
Boundary Brook work parties until his move.
