A total of 40 people wished to become involved in local Christian environmental groups in the three counties of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. We are now (March 2005) urgently looking at ways of linking up these people into groups based around their local areas.</div> <div> It has been agreed that those people broadly in the Oxford area will be invited to join <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#00CC00" FACE="Arial" ><B>Sage</B></FONT>, and that we will be looking to establish further groups in the big population centres in the three counties.</div> <div> <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#00CC00" FACE="Arial" ><B>Sage</B></FONT> will continue to provide logistical support, and help with information flow across the three counties. So once groups become established we will advertise their events on our <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" ><A HREF="calendar.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="Calendar"><U>Calendar</U></A></FONT> and we will provide web space for any new groups- at least until they are big enough to run their own shows! We do not intend that these local groups will in any way compete with the well established national organisations, but they will support activities at the local level. There will be no problem with being involved in a national group and also having a local link as well.
