Southall 2002
Since Sage last visited Southall in May 2001 (see Sage visits A Rocha UK) there have been major advances with the "Living Waterways" project. Caroline Steel and Martin & Margot Hodson attended the A Rocha members day in Southall on 5th October 2002, partly to find out more. We had a very stimulating morning listening to Peter and Miranda Harris, Dave Bookless, and other A Rocha staff telling us news from the A Rocha projects around the world. In the afternoon we visited the Minet site, and saw work in progress on the development of the site as a country park. Here are a few photos.

By next year A Rocha hope that the country park will open. Sage will continue to support the project, and we will bring you further reports of progress in the future.
